From purchase to phone install.

Follow these steps to buy an App Atelier business app, open your customer portal, customise the app details, and install the finished app to your phone home screen.

Choose and purchase your app

Browse the app collections, choose the app that best matches your business, select the licence you need, and complete checkout. Each app is sold separately so the setup stays focused on that business type.

  • Use Standard for one business app.
  • Use Extended for up to five app setups.
  • Use Developer for client app setups.
  • Keep the same email for checkout and login.

Receive your customer portal details

After payment, your customer login details are created. You will use your purchase email and licence code to open the customer portal. Keep these details safe because they unlock your app setup.

Tip: open the customer portal on the same phone where you want to install the app. This makes the install step simpler.

Customise your business details

Inside the portal, update the details that make the app feel like yours. Add your business name, upload your logo, choose your brand colour, and check the contact details used across the app, quotes and invoices.

  • Business name and tagline.
  • Logo and app icon.
  • Brand colour and header colour.
  • Phone, email, ABN and invoice details.

Open and install the phone app

Once customisation is saved, open the finished app link on your phone. On iPhone, tap the browser share button and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

The app opens from your phone home screen like a normal app. Your edits and working information stay saved on that phone.

Use the app day to day

Add customers, jobs, scope notes, photos, tasks, schedule items, suppliers, quotes and invoices as you work. The app is designed to keep small business details organised without rebuilding forms from scratch.

  • Add each customer and their job details.
  • Save before and after photos.
  • Track tasks, dates and priorities.
  • Create clear quotes and invoices.

Common questions

Do I need a zip file?

No. The phone app opens from the live app link and is installed from the browser.

Can I change details later?

Yes. Open the app or customer portal again and update business details when needed.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The install wording is slightly different, but both use the phone browser.
